We have Marvin windows and doors that needed to have glass panels replaced.  Jen at Quality Window & Door was wonderful to work with.  She coordinated communication with Marvin to order the replacement panels.  She kept us informed throughout the process and will get installation scheduled as soon as the panels are received.  Jen is a terrific representative of a very service oriented company.

Sharon was welcoming and friendly when receiving my initial call of inquiry for replacement screens. We found Jen to be helpful, kind, generous and patient as we addressed needs and solutions during numerous communications. We recently had a number of windows replaced by QWD. From the initial meeting with Nate through the final installation, the process was very smooth and we are very pleased with the windows.
Everyone from the team in the showroom to the crew installing the windows was very helpful and congenial.

I have a very old house with old windows that were failing.  Quality Window and Door were recommended by a friend based on an installation at their new house.  Nate came out quickly, assessed all of our needs (including fixing sills and casing), which resulted in a quote for 18 windows and a slider.  The installation was quick i.e. done in a day (amazing).  They were able to install all the windows without damaging the indoor trim throughout the house.  They ran into a couple issues with the house (water damage) and quickly fixed these. We had a door lock failure, after 16 years. I called Quality Window and Door and was put through to Jennifer, she was very professional and was able to locate the order from when the home was built, 2006. I was very impressed and pleased that they had all the information. Jennifer then ordered the required materials. When the materials arrived I was contacted by Tom, the repair professional, we set up a time and Tom installed same. In home remodeling projects, there are two major components, the sales part and the actual remodeling.  The sales process went very well and was properly detailed.  The installation process, often represented by a different crew is where things can disappoint.  In this case, the install crews were prompt, industrious, and cooperative.  They are the ones the homeowner remembers as the true representation of the remodeler. We've appreciated Quality's great service.  About a decade ago on a previous home they replaced several windows with Marvins.  About a year ago the contractor renovating our house replaced all our windows (28 Marvins in all) and two doors (Therma Tru) and we're very happy with them.   A couple very minor issues came up since then for which I called Quality directly and they were friendly, responsive, and helpful as usual.
